Complimentary shipping for international orders is currently halted.

Play, though. and its umbrella company, Mulledplay Pte Ltd, will not be liable for damage and/or loss of products and parcels that have been successfully shipped out from the fulfilment centre.
- Please allow up to 3 to 5 days after an order has been made for the parcel to be shipped out.
- For Pre-Order and Custom orders, please refer to the expected wait time in the respective product listings.
- Do ensure your Shipping Information is accurate and complete.
- We will ship your order to the address confirmed at the time of purchase and will not refund your Shipping Fees if the information keyed in by the customer is inaccurate.
- The customer will need to pay for any parcel return/retrieval fees that are incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
