International Shipping Rates
We use SingPost International Shipping (Trackable) for all international orders.
The rates will be determined by weight (please refer to the table below)*.
All international shipments (except for the US) are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
The customer/receiver will bear the cost of import taxes and duties.

Shipping to the US
We ship all US orders via SingPost International Shipping (Trackable).
*For US orders the final shipping cost is determined by the total order value.
Orders up to S$100
- Shipping fee: S$30 (this includes the estimated duties & taxes)
- Duties & Taxes are paid upfront by the seller in Singapore, however if there are any additional charges to be paid upfront by the seller, the customer will be notified and billed for the balance amount via PayPal.
Orders between S$101 and $250
- Shipping fee: S$70 (this includes the estimated duties & taxes)
- Duties & Taxes are paid upfront by the seller in Singapore, however if there are any additional charges to be paid upfront by the seller, the customer will be notified and billed for the balance amount via PayPal.
As of current US import regulations, all shipments to the US are subject to import duty regardless of value. This is included in the estimated shipping fee shown above — you will not be charged additional duties or fees when your parcel arrives.

Fulfilment T&C
- Play, though. and its umbrella company, Mulledplay Pte Ltd, will not be liable for damage and/or loss of products and parcels that have been successfully shipped out from the fulfilment centre.
- Please allow up to 3 to 5 days after an order has been made for the parcel to be shipped out. This is if the item ready-made and in stock.
- For Made-To-Order, Pre-Order, and Custom orders, please refer to the expected wait time in the respective product listings.
- Do ensure your Shipping Information is accurate and complete.
- We will ship your order to the address confirmed at the time of purchase and will not refund your Shipping Fees if the information keyed in by the customer is inaccurate.
- The customer will need to pay for any parcel return/retrieval fees that are incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
