All international shipments (except for the USA) are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
The customer/receiver will need to bear the cost of import taxes and duties.
Complimentary shipping for international orders is currently halted.
Please expect a wait of 1 to 3 weeks or more for your order to be delivered.

Shipping to the USA
We ship all US orders via SingPost, with your shipping cost depending on order value.
Orders $100 USD and under
Shipping fee: S$29 (Speedpost Direct International Retail, envelope, up to 0.5kg) — converted to your local currency at checkout
- Delivery time: 5–8 working days
- Fully tracked from dispatch to delivery
- Duty is paid upfront by us — the total you pay at checkout (product + shipping) is final, with no surprise charges on delivery
Orders over $100 USD
Shipping fee: S$159 (Speedpost Express International, up to 1kg) — converted to your local currency at checkout
- Delivery time: 2–9 working days (often faster than our standard tier)
- Fully tracked from dispatch to delivery
- Duty is paid upfront by us — the total you pay at checkout (product + shipping) is final, with no surprise charges on delivery
Customs & duties
As of current US import regulations, all shipments to the US are subject to import duty regardless of value. This is included in the shipping fee shown above — you will never be charged additional duties or fees when your parcel arrives. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Please note: All prices are set in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and converted to your selected currency at checkout. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may occasionally be extended due to customs inspection.

Fulfilment T&C
- Play, though. and its umbrella company, Mulledplay Pte Ltd, will not be liable for damage and/or loss of products and parcels that have been successfully shipped out from the fulfilment centre.
- Please allow up to 3 to 5 days after an order has been made for the parcel to be shipped out. This is if the item ready-made and in stock.
- For Made-To-Order, Pre-Order, and Custom orders, please refer to the expected wait time in the respective product listings.
- Do ensure your Shipping Information is accurate and complete.
- We will ship your order to the address confirmed at the time of purchase and will not refund your Shipping Fees if the information keyed in by the customer is inaccurate.
- The customer will need to pay for any parcel return/retrieval fees that are incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
